Registration
By creating an account with our store, you will be able to add items to your shopping cart and track your orders in your account. When signing up please enter all the fields displayed in the registration form.
Once you post the registration form you will receive an email to confirm your registration from support@mighty-boards.com. Simply click on the link provided in the email and you will be successfully registered to the Mighty Boards website, then login with your email and password.
At times an email server might send the automated email to your spam folder. Please add our email address to your address book in order to avoid this from happening in the near future.

Your Account
If you have registered and signed in, click on 'Your Account' in the top right hand corner of the page to view your account details.
If you have just registered, in the Account Overview please fill in your Delivery & Billing details to make the checkout process faster. These will be the addresses used to make deliveries to you and invoice your orders.
Once you place an order you can see its status and details by clicking on Your Orders.
Shopping Cart
When you click on the 'Add to Cart' button found in the product pages, your shopping cart will be updated accordingly. You can view the amount of items and total cost at a glance from the top right hand corner of the website. For a more detailed view click on the shopping basket or click on Shopping Cart in Your Account.
You can modify the quantity of several items at once and then click Update Quantity when done. By changing the quantity to 0 (zero) you will effectively remove that product from your shopping cart once you click Update Quantity. Once you are happy with the items in your shopping cart and would like to place your order, click Proceed to Checkout.
VAT & Customs
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged for goods delivered within the European Union (EU). When you place your order Checkout - Review Your Order page will display the VAT charged on your total products + delivery rate. Under EU VAT legislation standard VAT rate will apply.
If your billing address is outside of the European Union VAT directive you will not be charged VAT.
Deliveries are sent out from the USA or Europe. Please also note that some products may not be available in your region and international delivery rates will apply. A notification before you order in the Order Confrimation page will display under the product. If your delivery address is outside of these regions customs & duty may be applied when receiving the order. You may print out a copy of your purchase from your Order History.
If the address doesn't include the NIF / CIF number, your order may be delayed in customs.
Checkout
To
finalise your purchase, go to your Shopping Cart and click Proceed to Checkout,
Step 1: Checkout - Choose Payment

Select the Payment Type you prefer - we are currently accepting PayPal or payments via bank transfer / wire.

Billing and Delivery information must be available to continue the checkout process. Click on Edit Billing Address or Edit Delivery Addres to update.

If your Billing and Delivery Information are correctly filled in you make go to Step 2 by clicking Review Your Order.
Step 2: Checkout - Review Your Order

Review the information provided in this screen.

You may add any Special Requests or Comments for this order by filling in the text box.

Once you are sure that all the information is correct, click Confirm & Place Your Order.
Step 3: Payment

PayPal: You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Once the payment is successful you will be redirected back to a confirmation page on the online shop. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email account with the order details. If you have not received the email please check your spam folder just in case.

Bank Transfer: If you have selected Bank Transfer, on Confirmation of your order you will receive an email with the Bank Details to transfer the amount. Once the payment has gone through your order status will be updated.
Delivery

You may add these details in the Special Requests / Comments in the page Checkout: Confirm & Place Your Order

- Taiwan- Chinese name and Chinese address
- Brazil- CPF number
- Argentina- TAX number （CUIT）
- India- CST number
